This notice is issued in fulfillment of legal obligations that require compliance with the principle of transparency in relation to the processing of your personal data that you may confer by making use of the Contact Section of this site.
DATA CONTROLLER
Auxilia S.r.l. is the Data Controller and has its registered office in Rome at Via Farnesina no. 73.

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Owner has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the same email as above.
For information on data processing or to exercise your privacy rights, you may contact the Controller from whom you requested the information or the DPO at the contact details given.
PURPOSE.
Your data, including email, will be acquired directly from you by filling out the form and processed for the purpose of sending you the information you request, including requests for documents, offers, etc.
Your data are, in addition, processed for the fulfillment of legal obligations and possibly for defensive needs or fulfillment of orders of the Authorities.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing is pre-contractual purpose, legal obligations, and legitimate interest constituted, in this case, by defensive purpose (only hypothetical) or information security and to process your request for information. With respect to processing pursued by legitimate interest you may object for reasons related to your particular situation. The Data Controller, in case of exercising the right to object, shall refrain from further processing of personal data unless it demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim.
DATA TRANSFER
The Data Controller may communicate, for operational and administrative needs, your personal data to Third Party Companies specifically appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller. In addition, it may communicate your personal data to parties to whom the communication is due by virtue of legal obligations or to Public Administrations.
Such transfers will take place only when necessary with respect to your request.
No form of dissemination of your Data to unspecified parties is envisaged, nor is the transfer outside the EU of personal data concerning you.
CONSERVATION
The data collected through this form will be kept for the period strictly necessary to process your request.
RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights under Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR (access, correction, updating, objection to processing, rectification, integration, restriction, etc.) by contacting the Data Privacy Officer appointed by the Data Controller or directly to the Data Controller at your premises also using the email privacy@auxiliagroup.com.
